Team CASETM has written the book on Operator Assaults. In 2018 our Operator Assault work, Tools and Strategies for Eliminating Assaults Against Transit Operators was published in its entirety in two Volumes, by the Transit Cooperative Research Program of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine.
